On a sunny and fumingly hot Sunday, 40 Riccians took part in the event trying to tame the recently opened golf course in Chang Ping. After 5 hours of sunbath, the course won. Only 3 players scored 36 stableford points or above, but everyone had a good day out there.
As usual, the consistent So Man Fai played well against his own peers (sorry to mention that he was in a losing team in the Malayan Cup) winning the Gross Champion Trophy. Calmness would definitely help playing in a new course. Eric Chan, the unarguable coolest golfer in the group won the tournament with a score of 37 points followed by Gallent Sin and Dick Wan. Overall result as listed.
